01. Mold Making

Each piece begins with a plaster mold taken directly from the client’s torso. From this, a cast is created and used to sculpt the final form, ensuring a precise, body-specific fit. Every piece is entirely custom.

02. Forming

Custom cut acrylic sheets are heated in a kiln, then pressed over the plaster torso cast, allowing the material to take on the exact contours of the form. In some cases, wax is sculpted onto the plaster mold and cast in bronze.

03. REFINEMENT

Every surface is sanded and carefully examined. Each edge is hand finished to a precise standard, allowing the piece to read as a seamless extension of the body.
